What would you do in the face of adversity? Do you have the confidence to get out of a threatening situation and get yourself to safety? Tom Patire's Teen Safe© and Training for Life© programs will teach you the necessary skills and help build your confidence so that YOU are your own best defense if something,or someone goes wrong.

Training for Life® is the ultimate personal protection course based on self -escape techniques for men and women of all ages. The course is tailored to everyday people, with techniques you can learn and adopt regardless of your age, size or gender. All of the maneuvers follow Tom's trademarked philosophy of STUN AND RUN©. The maneuvers are easy to learn, retain and apply, and will stay with you for a lifetime.

Teen Safe Training for Life Time: 12:30-2:00p.m., Fee:$69.
Rape Free (women 13+) Time: 12:30-3:30pm. Cost: $99

This course will be held at Stephen Amsler's Martial Art Center in Fountain Valley.
